The at Mohawk College is designed for first year students who would like to receive mentorship from upper year students, and is currently available for students at the main campus. Peer tutors provide support primarily with first year subjects for students in 2-3 year diploma programs. Students can access up to three hours of peer tutoring per week.
Located in the on Fennell campus, the and the at Mohawk College offers a variety of programs to help students with their academic writing and verbal communications. Writing support and peer tutoring is also available at the IAHS and Stoney Creek campuses. The Learning Support Centre is a space that houses five areas that support student academic learning. Each area is facilitated with a peer-to-peer, student leadership model. These areas are: Content Peer Tutoring, Writing Help, Math Help, Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS), and Workshops and Events.
