Loyalist College’s at the Belleville campus offers accommodations for up to 475 students in suite style residences and 104 upper-year students in townhouse style residences. Residence allocation operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Suite style accommodations includes 6 private bedrooms, 2 shared washrooms, a shared kitchen and common living space. Townhouse style accommodations include 4 private bedrooms, 2 washrooms, shared kitchen, laundry facilities and a shared living space. Building amenities for traditional residence include:
- Common study areas
- Access to a front desk
- Maintenance (also included in townhouse style)
- Laundry facilities
All rooms in residence come furnished and include internet and local telephone service. Residence rates vary depending on room selection and building choice. are optional and can be purchased by any student on campus. Meal plans operate on a declining balance system.
